A small 80-year-old shack was replaced with a dramatic Provençal estate. The details, down to the roof tiles and window placements, were as they were in Southern France.
In addition, the house, with its regular shape, avoiding complex construction details, was a pleasure to build according to the contractor. The construction cost was kept to a minimum.
