Chris McMahon, PrincipalChris grew up in Sonoma, California, and has been designing houses since he was 6 years old. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Environmental Design with a Bachelor of Architecture.
He spent the next 4 years designing luxury homes with Walker & Moody Architects in San Francisco and department stores for Mervyn’s Corp. In 1986, Chris entered the Graduate Program in Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He received his Masters of Real Estate Development in 1988. For the next 10 years, Chris was Senior Project Manager for Seeno Homes of Concord, CA. Seeno builds over 800 homes per year. Chris was also the V.P. of Development for Dale Poe Development Corp., builders of the master planned new town of Stevenson Ranch, CA, which is now home to over 20,000 residents.
