The clients desired a larger main unit with the 2nd unit being an Au Pair suite.
This was accomplished while complying with the SF Planning Department's highly restrictive codes regarding two unit buildings.
Every square inch of wall and moulding was rebuilt including every mechanical element and all electric systems. This is truly a 21st century home in a beautifully restored beaux arts Edwardian.
