The project was a complete rebuild of a beautiful trio of three flats that had fallen into a state of disrepair.
A garage was added, an entire new foundation, the facade completely restored as were the other sides, a new below ground bedroom with a sunken patio, and a new roof deck with spa.
The entire building was rebuilt and reconfigured.
